Due to the nature of the products sold in our Web Shop, V-Flow Solutions always recommend that customers ensure the selected item is suitable for their application by consulting an engineer or contacting our technical team;

Returns
V-Flow Solutions will accept a product return, so long as the following conditions are met;
- The return is completed within 25 days of initial purchase
- The valve is in ‘new’ condition; unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer
Items cannot be returned after 25 days from their purchase.
Refunds
If the conditions are met, a full refund will be credited to the customer.
If you are returning a product to V-Flow, we do kindly ask that the product is packed safely and securely.
