V-Flow Solutions Add New Diamant Pro To Actuator Range
We are proud to announce the launch of the new Diamant Pro range of electric actuators to the already extensive array of actuators currently available from V-Flow Solutions Ltd.
The Comparato Diamant Pro shares many of the original features of the standard Diamant actuator but with some improvements especially suited to heavy duty and outdoor applications.
Features include:
- New compact heavy duty internally ribbed resin coated polymer casing which has been proven to be stronger than cast aluminium with the benefit of being suitable for aggressive environments and resistant to chemicals and UV.
- Weatherproof to IP67
- Torque limiter to protect the valve and actuator
- ‘All in one’ 2 point or 3 point wiring options as standard (enabling greater integration with existing wiring configurations)
- Optional manual override
- Feedback switches as standard
- Multi-ISO mounting pad and stardrive system
The new Diamant Pro has opened up many new applications for V-Flow Solutions, especially in the chemical, solar power and offshore markets where a heavy duty enclosure and torque limiting is essential.
As a result, the unit is suitable for applications where a wash down is likely such as food processing plants and agricultural equipment.
