Gas Solenoid Valves
At V-Flow Solutions, we supply a comprehensive range of automatic and manual reset gas solenoid valves from Coster, engineered to deliver reliable, safe, and efficient gas flow control in demanding industrial applications.
The Coster gas solenoid valve range are highly adaptable and versatile. They are manufactured in Italy by Madas, a globally recognised producer of high quality gas valves, known for their reliability and performance.
They are available in sizes from ½” to 12”, with connection options including BSP threaded, PN 16, and ANSI 150 flanged configurations, depending on the model. NPT connections can also be supplied on request.
GCA Series (1/2″ to 12″)
The GCA series of automatic gas solenoid valves provide a safe and reliable solution for gas shut-off in industrial systems. The valve closes when de-energised and automatically resets when the coil is energised to reopen.
GCA valves are available in sizes from ½” to 12”. Standard pressure ratings are 200 mbar up to 1” and 360 mbar from 1¼” upwards, with 500 mbar and 1000 mbar versions available on request up to 1”.
Models with adjustable opening and closing times as well as flow regulation options are available on request.
The GCA range can be equipped with CPI position switches for remote indication of the valve’s closed position.
These can also be retrofitted, provided the valve is prepared with the cap under the valve body. Open position indicator switches (OPI) are also available for larger sizes. For more details on the switching system for this range of valves, contact us.

GCR Series (1/2″ to 12″)
The GCR series of manual reset gas solenoid valves provide a safe and reliable solution for gas shut-off in industrial systems. The valve closes when de-energised and requires a manual reset to reopen.
The range is available in sizes from 1/2” to 12” with GCR aluminium-bodied valves, and in 1/2”, 3/4”, and 1” with GCRO brass-bodied valves. Higher pressure versions of the brass valves are available on request for applications up to 6 bar.
