Spare Parts for Heating Interface Units

V-Flow Solutions supply a wide range of spare parts for Heating Interface Units, including actuators, valves, heat exchangers, flow sensors and pumps compatible with ELCO/MHS boilers.

Actuators

The range of Comparato Sintesi actuators for HIUs include the RFSS2221BQ 3-point servo control motor (881534206) and the RFSR2221BQ 2-point servo control motor (881534201), both outputting 5 Nm of Torque with operating speeds of 15 seconds. Also available from our spares shop is the RFSS2221B, which has a slower operating speed of 35 seconds.

DHW and HIU Actuators are available from stock and can be purchased online via the Zone Valve Spares web shop or at the bottom of this page.

Valves

Also available to purchase from the Zone Valve Spares online shop are a variety of ball valves for HIU. From stock the available sizes are 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ and they are available in 2-way and 3-way configuration with combinations of male and female ends.

The range features the RFFLMETER12 flow sensor (pictured on the right), the RFSONDAC18C temperature sensor, RFMANO18 manometer, RFWYPARA156 pumps and more which are available on request.
