HIU Spares

Spare Parts for Heating Interface Units

V-Flow Solutions supply a wide range of spare parts for Heating Interface Units, including actuators, valves, heat exchangers, flow sensors and pumps compatible with ELCO/MHS boilers.

Actuators

The range of Comparato Sintesi actuators for HIUs include the RFSS2221BQ 3-point servo control motor (881534206 or RFSS2220BQN) and the RFSR2221BQ 2-point servo control motor (881534201 or RFSR2220BQN), both outputting 5 Nm of Torque with operating speeds of 15 seconds.

Also available from our spares shop is the RFSS2221B (881534207 or RFSS2220B) CH Sintesi, which has a slower operating speed of 35 seconds. DHW and HIU Actuators are available from stock and can be purchased online via the Zone Valve Spares web shop or at the bottom of this page.

Valves

Also available to purchase from the Zone Valve Spares online shop are a variety of ball valves for Sintesi actuators. From stock the available sizes are 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ and they are available in 2-way and 3-way configuration with combinations of male and female ends.

For HIU, the RFCVREGK2 and RFCVREGK4 (8815121013) are available on-request as well as other valves for HIU for example RFVSIC4 safety valves, RFSFI valves, RFFILY34 y-strainers and more which are available on-request.

Pumps for HIU

The RFWYPARA156 ERP pump for HIU is often available from stock to order from the V-Flow Solutions online store.

The RFWYPARA pump is a replacement unit for the RFCIRC45 (881505665), it has a G1″ pipe connection with a port to port length of 130mm.

Circuit Boards

Replacements for the RFSE3R0BBT 3 relay circuit board (881506936), RF5CSQR2PE and RFCMIXP230 control boards are available to order and can be programmed for your HIU if you provide us with your HIU reference and batch number.

We can also supply other electronic parts for HIU such as the RFCMIXDISP digital display board and many more.

Flow Sensors and Meters

The range includes the RFFLMETER12 flow sensor, RFSONDAC18C (881512425) temperature sensor, RFMANO18 water flow sensor/manometer, and many other replacement parts available upon request.
