Actuators - stand-alone units
VF Electric Actuators (J4C) from V-Flow Solutions are highly versatile and reliable actuators.
Capable of torque outputs ranging from 20 Nm on the smallest model up to 300 Nm on the largest model (the VF-2+S), the VF range is a great option for a wide range of valve actuation applications from the control of ball valves starting at ¼” to the control of very large butterfly valves that require high amounts of torque to actuate.
VF actuators are housed in an IP67 weatherproof Polyamide housing.
The range offers an impressive list of standard features:
- Protection against over-torque and condensation
- Corrosion resistance
- Electronic torque limiter preventing damage to actuator is max torque is exceeded
- Ability to change standard on/off function with easy to install conversion kits
- RGB LED light to indicate the user on the state and mode of the actuator
Options
- Easy to install battery failsafe (can be set to normally open or normally closed)
- Digital Positioning System (DPS) Modulating function conversion kit available
- 24V-240V AC/DC power options available (optional 12v DC)
- Options for 180°-270° of rotation

Comparato Sintesi electric actuators are used for a wide range of light industrial applications as well as HVAC, heating zone control, Domestic Hot Water (DHW) and household automation systems.
- The range features actuators for 2-point and 3-point electrical control as well as switchable ‘all in one’ actuators capable of both 2-point and 3-point control
- Options for proportional control (0-20mA/4-20mA or 0-10V/2-10V control) are available on-request with the Sintesi Smart range
- Modbus communication is available on-request with the Sintesi Smart – Modbus actuator

Comparato Diamant Pro Electric Actuators have a proven track record for durability and reliable performance in a wide range of applications from heavy industry, food and beverage, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, nautical sector, chemical industry, medical sector and many more.

Comparato Compact Pro Electric Actuators has an increased torque output over the Diamant Electric Actuators while being capable of both 2-point and 3-point electrical control and available with an AC or AC/DC power supply making it a very versatile option for a wide range of industrial applications.
Compact Electric Actuators are available with 2x feedback auxiliary microswitches.
Optional accessories available on request include manual override (AC only), anti-condensation heater, fail safe super-capacitor, spacers for insulation, waterproof IP68 enclosure (AC only) and the SMART system (WIFI configurable).
